From reading your other posts your not having much luck by the look of it. You may have to look over your sterile procedures and clean your environment.
You need to isolate and clean your spore to agar transfers a few more times then take a tiny rice grain sample with sterile procedure to the centre of a few more dishes and let them grow out before your final check for contams and method of transfer to cakes
Hope that helps keep at it man you'll get their

He's doing BRF cakes. You don't need to do all that for successful cakes.

These have been out for a while without any moisture or light. Was supposed to Chuck em out but I forgot for a while, came back to them today and they looked like this. Thought it was funny
But this was before I started doing agar, this was my 4th round of cakes. After the second round I only had half bad batch and it was because of a contaminated syringe. I just switched to agar because it seemed more fun.

I've had some really horrible syringes in the past, but those cakes look horrendous lol. That's why I switched to agar. I swear the quality these days has gone way down on vendor but either way, it's cheaper/quicker to figure out which syringe is legit or not by starting on agar.
Even worst case if you don't feel comfortable with A2G transfer, you can at least test the syringe on agar with a few drops/spores and if it seems like the real thing you can just do the normal process and throw the agar away if you want. (Or toss in the fridge for later culture/transfer.)

I have a lab at work and recently they've been cleaning up useless machinery and letting the workers bid on it to take it home. There's this sick glove box that's needs a little love but works perfectly. Gonna try convincing them they don't need it anymore lol.

I've heard hahahaha. I blame my glove box for a few jack-ups I've done but this is a lab grade glove box like such

I think it'd be rad to at least give it a try.
