Whats wrong these blue oyster?

My first time growing blue oysters, I dont know whats wrong with them. I have read that the long stems are a byproduct of to much CO2. I have increased FAE, I even have a test sawdust bag fruiting out in the open in another room of the house and they're doing the same thing. They are growing in a "martha" style tent, humidity at 90% with homemade ultrasonic, temps between 66-74 degrees Fahrenheit. Why do they look like this?

does the martha have an exhaust fan? and an intake for fresh air?

No dedicated intake fan, the only intake is the piping from the humidifier setup. Its being pushed by a 4" in line fan. No exhaust fan at all. The bottom of the tent sits about 2" up from the floor. I have a small desk fan inside circulating air inside the tent. Thanks for your help ahead of time.

They look like that because they don't have enough air, you were correct.
You will not get oysters to grow anywhere near properly formed in a martha, trust me, no matter what you do with your fans. You'll need a greenhouse at very least and even then it's still tough to get them enough air. You could try open air fruiting if your climate supports it.

Aww that's a bummer. Does this apply to all oysters or just blues?

Yep.
You said there's even a bag out in the open doing the same thing? that's really odd, seems like there should be enough air...

Yeah, it started pinning in the greenhouse. I took it out when I noticed the long stems again and it's sitting on a tray of perlite right now.

Take the 4" inline fan off the intake and use it on another pipe that is going out a window. This will help but that fan is probably not going to be enough especially with the piping you are using leave the fan on 24/7. It is best to use a smooth pipe like 4 inch PVC. That wire that is going through the duck that you are using causes turbulence and greatly reduces how much flow you can get through it.
In this pic the flapper is where your piping would be to your humidity bucket. Your tent needs to be sealed so the exhaust air is sucked out and fresh air will come through your humidity bucket.

I just looked that fan may do it. It is 100 cfm but I would use PVC as the duct.

I would just take those mushrooms off and throw them away. Start a 2nd flush you are wasting time with those you will not get anything edible.
Next time don't remove the top of the bag just slice it. Oysters like to fruit from small spaces and your sub will retain its moisture longer.

I forgot to mention no need to glue the PVC if you want you can smear a lil silicone on the connections but I don't even do that.

Just an update, the fresh air was the issue. I faced a box fan towards the tent to blow air under the tenr. Also a small desk fan on the bottom shelf pushing air up. The caps got much larger and turned out phenomenal. Thanks for the all help.

Just a little note here. If you leave that gap at the bottom of the tent and have no exhaust fan. You are going to have spores everywhere. You might want to read up on the health risks of breathing in spores. Especially if you have kids. Make sure you harvest before they drop spores!!
