Moisture around mycelium?

Hi everyone ☺️ I’m just trying out my first grow from an uninnoculated kit I ordered and inoculated myself. I thought I would try it out this way first with some golden teachers to get a feel of how they grow and what it all looks like, before trying out a monotub next .
I’ve noticed an increase of moisture appearing around the outside of this tub, on top of the mycelium.. to my current knowledge I think the mycelium seems to look healthy.. it’s just the moisture I’m a bit unsure about. Could anyone please advise if this looks like it’s going well? I thought maybe the grains were too wet but I’ve also heard about bacteria showing as moisture..
Thanks in advance for any guidance .

It’s really hard to tell with those pictures and I would also wait for another opinion but you should follow some proven teks on this forum and not use a kit. You will learn and benefit from doing the entire process yourself, that way you can isolate potential causes of contamination to avoid them in the future

Thank you . I’ll try and take some closer ones. This is really just a test run to see how it goes. I’ve already got the monotub built and everything I need to sterilise and make my own grain spawn for the next go.. im looking forward to starting from scratch

If you’re going to do grain, make sure you have the tools and knowledge to do agar with a SAB. There are tons of great teks on this forum, this is a great resource:

Can you get a better, more focused, and closer shot of the center of this area? It looks almost like some bacteria colonies in the center of the somewhat less colonized area.

Is it already pinning? It looks like there’s a few mush growing in the 2nd to last pic.
