Rye spawn contamination mystery

Hi guys, I have a kind of locked room murder mystery type of contamination story for ye. I ordered Cambodian cubensis spore solution with a bag of hydrated and sterilised rye. I inoculated the bag using aseptic techniques. The bag was stored in a hot press (room with the water heater where towels are kept, I don't know what ye call them in other countries. Apologies for being Irish) Monitored with an indoor thermometer between 26 and 29°c at times. The spawn seemed to colonise fine and now it's showing signs of what I think could either be trichoderma contamination or bruising. Where could the contamination have come from? Should I notify the supplier of the rye or is that even a thing? Forgive me if this is posted in the wrong section I only set up this account to make this post. Huge mycology enthusiast.
I'll add the screenshots of the video I took if I can.

3 things:
1. Syringes are notorious for being dirty/contaminated. This why most here use agar to clean it before inoculating. 2. The temp is too high. Room temp is perfect for all stages of growth. Warmer temps seem to give contams an advantage over the mycelium.
3. Could be that the grains weren't sterilized properly. This is why we recommend doing it all yourself. If you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself.

I accept your apologies for being Irish, it's OK nobodies perfect.
This looks like it was contaminated from either the open top during inoculation or when the guys made the bags, or from incorrect sterilization. Or just simply the seal on the top is not correct. I can see the good mycelium in some chunks so I think the spores were clean enough, but who can really tell just saying what my gut tells me on these.

Thanks guys. Any suggestions on where to find a guide to prepare my own spawn bags?

Yea sure right here
Buy some millet Put 3lbs of millet in the bag Put 2lbs water in the bag Shake the bag around to mix the water in Let sit 24 hours Mix around again a bit Fold top of bag down neatly so that the bag sits on its own top and the gussets are nice and neat PC for 3-4 hours (you will need to modify your weight to not release steam at 15 psi by taping a few quarters to it. This will make it not lose water) Let cool down about 3 or 4 hours before opening pc and grabbing the bag by the gussets in a way that doesnt unfurl the bag and set on a shelf to finish cooling 6+ hours After totally cool you can move to your SAB or hood for inoc

It is very rare that any spore print is ever 100% free from other organisms (contams). It is not impossible and has been done many times successfully, but putting any spores on grain directly is a crap shoot. It "may" work really well but more often it ends in a nasty colored possibly slimy and stinky fate. Chucked in the compost bin.
Agar work is not really that hard or expensive. You can get 500 sterile plates for 50-80 bucks and that is usually enough for the average hobbyist for a year or so.
Good luck and keep on truckin' on. Eventually you'll find what works for you.

I'd have no problem working with agar plates. I've a background in science but I haven't heard of any other methods of inoculation that are used. Could you link me a guide? Thanks for all your help!

As a general rule, never put spores straight to grain. They are too dirty for that, hence the green mold you are seeing.
Search "No-Pour Agar" and you should find some good links. Or u can order pre-made agar plates from various Shroomery sponsors as well.
