Possible Undiscovered Natural Psychedelics? 1

We got shrooms, mescaline, lsa, and maybe a few more I can't think of right now. I wonder if there's a whole lot more out there in plants people never ate/smoked/whatever'ed.
Like the Hawaiian Baby Woodrose for example. It's a plant people realized was psychedelic relatively recently compared to other substances. I wonder what else is out there.

There has to be so much undiscovered stuff out there. They are nowhere near cataloguing the Amazon, so there must be.

No doubt about it.
Someone pay me a yearly salary and I’ll go anywhere you ask and look for unknown psychedelic compounds

Just be careful, consuming some of them may be the last trip you take
OP, I'm sure there are plenty of psychedelic substances out in the world, and many even like ayahuasca, where a specific combination needs to be discovered.

I watched a documentery about a psycoactive fish of the coast of madigascar. Also theres a sponge in the ocean recently discoverd that contains 5-Bromo-DMT. I bet there's plenty of drugs undiscovered in the ocean. We know more about the moon than we do the ocean. The ocean is 70% of the worlds surface. Theres probably plenty of drugs out there both on land but mathematically probably in the ocean.

There are a few known psychoactive species in the animal kingdom, multiple fish, some other weird ocean dwelling thing I forget the name of, and of course - certain frogs/toads.
There’s bound to be more animals, fungi, & plants and more that are psychoactive - hopefully even some incredible psychedelic ones.

find me something that smokes smoothly and quickly like gum hash, then makes you feel wonderful like gum hash, and then you can do it every 20 minutes like cocaine, and keep it up for a week or more or forever.

I want a drug that permanently gets you high. I remember doing acid with a friend he was like I just want this to end. I told him I really hope I never come down.

Many of these sacred substances and their uses have been lost. Ancient shamans knew more than we will ever.

Hppd my friend, keep taking psychedelics in high doses and the trip will never truly end. At least for me.

It fades after time man. My vision is still noisy, but I'm not permatripping. Not that it bothers me, just chucking it out there.
Men have been eating and smoking everything they can get their hands on since time immemorial. Unless you find some super rare plant or unique seeding/fruiting situation I doubt you'll ever find a new psych.

There may be one or two psychoactive drugs in nature that we haven't found yet, but I sincerely doubt that they're any good. I think there's a much better chance of finding new psychedelics through the invention of new chemicals like RCs.
Take ALLAD, for example. ALLAD is just one of the finest psychedelics I have ever tried. And I hear LSZ was that good, too. If we search around the lysergamides a bit more, we might even find something that blows even LSD out of the water. Then there's 2CB, a legendarily good psychedelics, but also 2CE, 2CP, 2CC, 2CD, all of which are known to be pretty great. If we searched around in the phenethylamines a bit more, we could probably find some that are even better than those.
Whereas, if you spend your life searching the jungles of mesoamerica, maybe you'll find the next Salvia (which isn't even a psychedelic), but that's nothing compared to the hundreds of psychedelics that Shulgin invented.
It's a much safer bet to look for new psychedelics through good old chemistry. That's how we found LSD, after all...

You are not wrong but i think this rhread is more about discovering what has always been here instead of cooking up somr new drugs in a lab.
