Looks like a mutation, should be fine. The one is bending over could be a number of things but probably just related to the mutation as well

Is it ok to consume? What is important to know about mushroom mutations?

I think usually if the mushroom ain't rotting or somewhat bacterially fucked up , its only visual aspect that is not appealing or is appealing, by that I mean - go for it.

I've seen this a lot of times it is fairly common. It's always been called just a mutation by everyone. I have my own theory and I would like to say it without some ass demolishing me over it, just a theory no proof take it or leave it. These tubs that have this trait always have some signs of Verticillium dry bubble (Lecanicillium fungicola) like exploded stems and downturned growth. Vert makes spores only on the center of caps of mushrooms but does not look like this as far as I can tell. These "mutation" growths are always the center of the caps. So my theory is that this is actually a mutation of dry bubble disease, the mutation being it goes itnto bubble making mode on the cap instead of spore making mode.
That's all smoke em if you got em.
