First time growing reishi - need advice

Hi there,
I’m growing reishis for the first time and I’m wondering if anyone can take a look at my fruiting blocks and let me know how they look. Some of them don’t look like the typical ones I’ve seen in videos and I’m wondering if the conditions are not quite right. Also I’m wondering how I know when I should cut the bags so they can get more fresh air.
Thanks in advance for you help!

Hello, welcome
Your pics didn't load, and you may get more answers in the gourmet and medicinal forum.

Yeah, can't see the pics, but don't cut the bags until fruits are well-established inside. Reishi aborts easily if it gets dry.

Ok so since the last post I decided to cut the bags because they looked like they were growing. I’ve attached new photos, hopefully they work this time. Now I’m worried about mold. A few little spots have popped up and I’m thinking I should harvest now even though they haven’t formed conks yet. Thoughts? None of the antlers have mold on them but I’m worried it might spread quickly and infect everything. Also if I harvest now will they still have medicinal properties? Thanks! Image links below

Yes you can harvest now, and yes they'll still have good medicine
Although I don't really see much mold if any. You could let them try to finish growing outdoors, as long as there's not mold on the fruits themselves you should be good! It's somewhat normal for mold to attack the substrate.

Thanks for getting back to me! I wasn't sure if anyone would see this since it's a bit older. I made a new post just in case, but since you're here I've attached photos of the mold for reference. I'm not sure how quickly it might spread but if I can give them more time I would like to. Do you think taking them outside and away from the humidity will be helpful?

Or would it be best to just harvest right away?

Probably. Just don't use the ones with mold on them.
