[Noob grow] Problem with first grow - Mouldy stems?

This is my first grow using a growbag with BRF and PES Amazonian.
Unfortunately I lost the first flush, for some reason the whole bag aborted when the mushrooms were all around 4-5cm high. Not sure if I was overmisting, but we also had a mini heatwave here (had been at 25-27c but it spiked to 31c for a day or two) so it may have been that. I didn't realise they had aborted and left them for 2 days, by the time I realised something was wrong it was too late and I only got 100g of slimy small mushrooms and stems seemed to be mouldy - green patch underneath base of stem and all the way up. So I chucked the lot away as they seemed pretty nasty.
I soaked the cake for 12 hours in water and tried again. Pictures below are the second flush I just picked, veil was broken on the larger ones so I picked them all, about 140g worth. They looked much better (and about 3x the size) but the stems still seem mouldy on some of them? Green color up the stem. Note they were already this dark green/blueish inside when I cut them, so does that mean it's not brusing?
What do you think? Safe to eat? Second Flush Green stems Cut up

Ah thanks for the reassurance, maybe I was just over reacting then. Complete noob here. I cut one of the pieces I thought was mouldy longways and it was actually white in the very core, just very bruised I guess. Not sure why. Doesn't smell super pungent and they're not slimy like the first flush.
Currently trying to dry them using a fan and lot of silica gel desiccant satchels (food quality ones).
Also in the first pic you can see some of the small ones have black heads, should I toss those?
Thanks again.

Yeah, just bruising
You aren't using the fan and desiccant at the same time I hope lol

Uhh, would that be a problem if I was doing that? Asking for a friend of course...
I'm using these ones. They're individual sealed packets, not loose powder.

They look beautiful to me. Exactly the colour I'd hope to see.

Alright, this is my ghetto drying setup
Cardboard box, paper towels, silica gel satchels, lamp and fan.
They already seem pretty dry and it's only been a few hours. Am I messing up something?

Before having a dehydrator I would lay everything out in a single layer and blow a fan across them for 12-24 hours. Then lay on a sheet pan lined with foil and put them in the oven at 180f until cracker dry. Usually took a few hours. Probably a good idea to crack the oven every so often to release humidity.

It's not a problem but the desiccant packets aren't accomplishing anything rn. They are just pulling humidity out of the air, not pulling water out of mushrooms.
First step: fan dry for 36-48 hours.
Second step: put desiccant packets in bottom of a jar, fill jar with mushrooms. Close lid very tight.
Check on them in a couple days, they should be cracker dry. At this point you cam take out your desiccant if you want, I usually leave 1 pack in.
I would personally stay away from the oven but it is fiercely debated here and people have had success so try it if you want but I recommend testing small batches first.

Alright, I fan dried them for 48 hours. They seemed pretty dry but some of the longer bits were still bendy like a dry bit of straw. After 36 hours in the jar with the desiccant they now snap in half. Got about 15g dry in the end.
Thanks for the help everyone.
