Shake Experiment

Good evening ladies and gentlemen.

In honor of America Day (woo!) I have decided to start a little experiment. I have prepared 3 quart jars of millet with Fooman's WBS tek. Get the water to a rolling boil, take the pot off heat, add grains, cover, and wait 20 minutes.

The jars were then PC'd for 1 hour 45 minutes. I use a longer time because I do not have a pressure gauge and I am also at 8000 feet mas o menos.


The three jars have been prep'd with the TIGERDROP method



So Gastro, where is the experiment? Well young neophyte I will tell you. One jar has been left mostly unmolested (I rolled it a little bit to try to get it on the side but I failed so it's near the top)

One jar has been given a lazy shake. Think a wife of 30 years giving a handjob.

The final jar has had the everloving shit shaken out of it. Woo! America, fuck yeah.

We'll see what kind of differences in colonization I get.

I've found hard shakes at inoculation to do nothing but add time personally. Never thought too long about why but that's my contribution.

Hard shakes after partial colonization is ftw however.

We'll see. I'll shake them all at 30%. Time will tell which jar makes it there first
