I'd probably do 30-35 min for agar in an instapot.

Awesome thanks dude, might be able to get a quicker start on agar than I thought. Right now I have 10 brf jars at various stages(4 each Noc’d 6/21, 6/24, and 6/30). Two of the first four noc’d on 6/21 were contaminated but the other two remaining still look great and maybe 2 weeks before I birth them. I dumped and soaked these 2 jars in 50/50 bleach water for 24h then cleaned with dish soap. Reloaded with more brf and put on the steam pot for 90 mins. Will let these cool overnight and utilize the last 2cc of my MSS tomorrow. The other 8 jars I noc’d are all looking great so far, excited to hopefully take a few spore prints

I use 3ml syringes for 12 jars all the time.
And you can easily stretch 2ml to 10 jars.
1ml per jar is demented.

In that pic is my very first ATL culture.seeing as though I most likely won't fruit them it ensures I can stretch the syringe out. 2 drops will eventually do as many as 4 quarts. I just flame the needle good and don't open it until the BRF is done. I've also used these for agar then injected sterile LC broth.
