Identification Request for Mushroom Found in Minnesota

Found this mushroom while walking along a path in the woods. I think it is a Gymnopilus Luteus, but I'm new to hunting and wanted to get some second opinions.

Found it growing alone in the woods 10-20 feet from a small creek. The stem is about 5 inches long. The cap is about 2.5 inches long with what I think is a campanulate shape. I didn't get a great spore print after 2 hours, but what I did get was a yellowish color. I didn't notice any bruising occuring.

Pictures with the stem, cap, gills, and combined attached.

It's an Amanita. Gymnopilus wouldn't have a saccate base like your specimen has. Is the cap reddish? can you post a picture of the Cap in natural light?
