ID request

Habitat: ‘lawn’, growing next to puddle caused by heavy rain flow from gutters. New straw about two meters behind. Woods consisting of skinny sweet gums and pines.
Cap: 2-2 1/2 inches. Brown. Changing to a lighter brown over night while waiting for spore Print. Striations going down cap.
Stipe: very short 1 1/2 inches max. Durable before cutting with small knife at the base. Then splitting in a few directions before completely shredding like celery. Still thick and durable in its respective pieces.
Gills: light brown, bruising where handled. Blackish green bruising. (Maybe blue but due to my color blindness I’m a little fucked). Girlfriend says blackish green as well.
Scent: smells sweet. Not like a gymnopilus or chanterelle. Definitely leans towards an acidic, chemically, almost cucumber type smell.
Spores: took about 13-15 hours for spores to drop. But they are looking black-purple-brown to me

Howdy guys, just looking for a little help in IDing these mushrooms. Found in yard, around raised garden bed. Surrounding area I’d rather open, some leaf matter from the few hardwoods in that surround the yard. Found at the end of May, Temp around 80-85 degrees.

Hi, welcome to the shroomery, I will identify your mushrooms this time but in the future please start your own id request instead of hijacking someone else's, it can cause confusion resulting in accidental poisoning.
with that said, you have Armillaria species. Please include pictures of the Cap, gills and stem including the stem base when requesting an identification, they are all important parts of the identification process and sometimes a spore print is needed or even microscopy to make a accurate identification.

Found another one of these hiding. I’m just going to do a mini hunt every morning when I let the dogs out back. Seems to be where my luck is. Just want to make sure this is the same guy. Gymns I have down but I want to be extra carefully with the LBMs

Working on the print now.

Awesome!!!!!
I think I’m getting to know what they look like. At least the yard variety.
Is that white on the stipe and striations on the cap going to be my give away? Obviously the crazy smell too
