Looks like it. At least with mine they’ve been solid up until the bumpy gnarly parts which are super hollow.

Here is a shoebox that got a lil green before its first flush. Seems to be doing good now. It stashed in my flower bed and a lil hard to get to, so sorry for pic quality, but you get the idea.
And here is the box with a lil spot of green that I am keeping inside:

I spawned 3 bags on 6-6-20. They are knotted up. They wont pin. Just keep waiting huh.

What type of filter is on your bag. Mine average 32 days from spawn give or take. I have run em at higher temps & jammed out a cycle in 24 days before but contams ran rampid. I have also popped 4 1/4" holes just above sub & covered with ms tape to increase FAE on stalled or slow bags that were overfull. They subsequently exploded. I am pretty sure the filter was overwhelmed on em & the breath of fresh air triggered a massive pinset.

Sexy tubs... Can you share specs on tub ? I get monster bags but mediocre tubs at best.

Perhaps this variety benefits from restricted FAE?

I've found with most varieties this can be true. A bit of a choke up followed by an influx of air can make things happen. Just need to be working with clean spawn to hold off the green.

55 to 66 qt tubs of coco and vermiculite. 5 qts each tub gives about a hp yield per tub. I toss them after one flush because they are pretty much done. 3 inch holes on each side with tyvek over the holes. Same as everything else maybe a bit wetter on the sub.. They like fresh air so sometimes I tear off the tyvek when the fruits are about half way done and just let the air flow through.

This is what I've always done... when you 'choke off' the FAE for a period of time, the water sinks back into the sub. Then, in a few hours, lift off the top for an hour and do it all again. Trigger-happy way of evaporation!

Those are some huge holes, bro. I do 1.5 and still need 3 layers of micropore on the bottom holes to prevent drying.

It's actually a 2.5 inch holesaw. If for some reason they start to dry out I just choke off the air with a piece of tape over the tyvek. It's in the sweet spot for me...

I'm using a wood skewer to punch 3 holes along the front and back with one hole on each side, covered with micropore tape.

How's it working? Hell I'd open them and put a tyvek mailer over the top like a sleeve /lid. Or use tp rolls or pvc pipe as a sleeve and pull the bag thru and fold around the tube and stuff with polyfil..Asian baglog style.

Yet to be seen, just put them in when I posted. They looked like they needed some air so I'm introducing small amounts gradually to find the sweet spot.
