Nope, not yet anyway. Fortunately, Atlanta tends to balance out the rednecks in the rest of the state, so we're not as backward as we could be.

As far as growing, I don't have A/C except in one room. I cultivated my jars in a closet in the box they came in. Temp. averaged around 83-84 deg. in the closet, so the jars were probably 86-ish, which must be good because they colonized more quickly than the PF Tek led me to believe. After that, I threw them in a terrarium with an ultrasonic humidifier set up (didn't see the perlite tek before I bought the damn thing) and they did just fine. I do shock them with an ice pack between flushes, but so far so good.
