I am very new at hunting actives and having troubles distinguishing between the different pans. I found all of these in the same area and they all have a black spore print. All were found growing on the edge of a horse manure/straw pile in the north east US. Mushrooms number one have a very slight olive color to them almost at least my eyes and appear darker than the others. Mushrooms number two we are quite large with caps near 2 inches and standing close to 6 inches tall. Specimen three was overall much smaller than the others with a thinner stem and cap less then 1/2”. I know that Pan species can be hard to ID but these three groups fit the description as far as I can tell but look drastically different from one another to me. Any help with an ID or how to better differentiate them would be greatly appreciated!
Habitat: edge of horse manure/straw pile north east USA
Stem: brittle, reddish brown/ white
Cap: 1/2-2”
Spore print color: black for all
Bruising: none seen
Group numbers 1 These were the darker group that have a slight olive green tinge to my eyes, the banding became more visible as the mushroom started to dry.

These are mushrooms group number two, the largest of my finds.

And lastly this is the little guy in group number three

Finally here is an overview of all three groups together for side-by-side comparisons both before and after a little drying.

Awesome, Ill be psyched if that’s the case but will wait for a TI just Incase. I’m amazed at how differently they can look but that’s what I had been reading as well. Thanks for your help!
