Yeah for sure, at the moment I have two nice ones. I use it to sketch sometimes. Mostly work on the computer though...
Also fountain pens when I was studying. Particularly a brand named Lamy.

I could never hang with mechanical pencils...always ruined them somehow. I think I put too much force on the tip....

Since I can't afford further study at this time, my plan is to work for 7 years and become one that way...
That is super cool, remake. I love architecture and would have done anything to be an architect. I'm too old now to start down that path, but if I could start over in life I think I'd dedicate my life to that career. Best of luck and hopefully sooner rather than later you can get back on your path.

I drove by one the other day. He was gorging his or herself off roadkill. The glutton would barely move out of the road for me, lol.

I have a huge box full of mechanical pencils but my EDC is a 9mm Pentel GraphGear 1000 because the tip retracts and won't poke a hole in my pocket and 9mm for the very issue you bring up.
9mm is hard to break like your standard 7.

Thanks man. Appreciate it.
Yeah, the first few years after completing my studies were pretty hectic and I did extremely stupid shit that wasted time. I didn't register at the national architecture council, and basically threw 4 years of experience in a meaningless chasm. Also took a gap year in between.
Quit my previous job, and had a nice new job interview just before lockdown was implemented here. Apparently I'm still lined up for it though, just waiting for certain bans to get lifted.
I'm turning 27 this year, and starting to want to be more focused at least. Always thinking about creative stuff though, even though I'm not able to work at an office atm and build a proper work record.
It is a great profession but it definitely has its downsides as well.

I like using very light lead in a 0.3mm one for outlines and whatnot, and then darker lead in a 0.5mm one for thicker lines.
They are also Pentel. 120 A3 dx something. Not really top of the line, but more than enough for me and my purposes.

How about pens?
This is a Lamy. It is a fountain pen. It writes with extreme ease, and has a truly ergonomical feel in your hand.

I've had 2 during my life. Both were stolen.
Think I'll buy one soon, because I kind of forgot how awesome of a pen it is!
It is messy though, boys and gals! So beware!
Kind of like a wing in a way...

These guys are bros. A ups truck ran over a pretty big turtle( ) the other day in front of the house and I was so relieved I didn't have to go clean it up

I know I've bitched about this show before, but...just like chicken wings, the show "Rick & Morty" has quite a large following.

Awesome. Thanks for posting!
For real,
I actually quite enjoyed the series 'How it's made' as a teenager.
It is a boss pen. Probably the coolest looking pen currently around.
