Got out for some chant collecting today and found a couple box turtles and some gorgeous purple entoloma of some sort.

No I've Picked Them & They Do Not Bruise Blue. I've Even Waited Past An Hour With No Signs Of Bluish Bruising. All Other Panaeolus Cyanescens I Find Bruise Bluish Within 5 Minutes Tops, Most Within A Minute. I Don't Really Know What These Ones Are.

Freaking far out man!

It was a good day

The big fish weren't biting today, but I found a ton of Chanterelles around the pond when I had to go to take a leak!

I can't believe that I thought that I had lost the taste for these  I cooked some up tonight in a rice dish and it was oh so divine :awesomenod:

It is a yellow jacket:thumbup: I'm actually allergic to bees and I almost died when I was younger when I got stung. I really need to be careful our in the middle of the woods, because if I get stung, Id never make it back home in time. Damn, that really makes me kind of scared come to think of it.

Ah I love american toads. I keep dart frogs and recently added a american toadlet to the collection. The guy eats his weight in fruit flies every other day.

I just shifted it (very gently of course) from the rim of the shroom cap to the middle so I could
take a few shots before it moved away again. Normally I only notice them after laying out some
shrooms in front of a fan for drying.
