Mushroom Id (blueing)

Found this mushroom behind a house that backs up to some woods right on the edge of the woods under trees where lots of leaves and sticks are scattered on top of kind of loamy dirt. I kicked it over to expose gills and noticed blueing where it had been possibly hit by something before. I therefore broke the stem out of pure curiousity to see if it would blue and searched for a couple minutes For more to give it time and it did in fact have a blueing reaction inside the stem to the oxygen. I have never really seen anything like it just curious what people who actually know might tell me about this.

Btw it’s very colorful the cap is brown, gills are a yellow green, stem is a red burgundy, with the blueing from air. Gills are porous

Curious though why does it bruise blue. I know it’s not a psychoactive mushroom but just so I can know does anyone know why non-psychoactive mushrooms might bruise blue

Thank you I appreciate it I was just interested in the fact that there are other chemicals naturally found in mushrooms that cause a blueing reaction when hit with oxygen.
