Best method for bulk cultivation indoors

I have a couple of questions but my primary one is what is the best method for bulk cultivation indoors?
Also, what is a strain that is potent but not overly expensive or difficult to grow indoors. Thanks for your time.

The best method for bulk indoors is to germinate spores on agar, inoculate sterilized grain with that clean culture, once grain spawn is colonized you mix it with bulk substrate. The best bulk sub to use, especially for someone new growing cubes, is either coco coir by itself or coir with some vermiculite added.
There are a whole bunch of teks with different methods of prepping grain, different grains to use, different tubs, different ways of prepping bulk etc etc. A million ways to grow cubes but agar-grain-bulk is the backbone of any long term cultivation.
Most cubes are similar in potency across varieties. The exception being Penis Envy and some other mutant varieties, they tend to be more potent but if you’re growing from spores you can get all kinds of different strains in each grow and they will all be a lil different. You have to find a potent culture by cloning or isolating genetics which is something you just need to read about. All cubes (Psilocybe Cubensis) grow under the same conditions and time frames basically. Again with some mutant varieties like PE taking a little longer.
Here’s a good link with a lot of the stuff you’ll need to know to get started. https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/24144021

Hi Werd618. Not trying to be a downer (and just being helpful) at all but you should really invest some time with the search function. I am also in noob land, but have studied mycology extensively for a while now. By the tone of your question you have more learning to do There are hundreds of teks to choose from and each have their pros and cons depending on your particular situation. Most cube strains are basically the same potency with the exception of PE and APE. One of the biggest factors is genetics of the strain/variety, you then set them up for success with ideal growing conditions.
Cheers!

Ps. Cubensis is the easiest and most common species people grow inside. I would start with that.
For bulk growing you will need to inoculate agar plates and after germination transfer clean mycelium away from any contaminants to new plates until you have a clean culture.
Next you would inoculate a grain master jar with a wedge from your culture plate.
Once that is colonized you would inoculate more grain jars via grain to grain transfer.
Once you have enough clean grain spawn, you would spawn to bull substrate of choice (most of us use coir. IMO it is the best substrate to use for cubes) in plastic totes, called "monotubs".
That is the basic run down of it. You will need a suitable pressure cooker and have to learn how to work in a still air box (SAB).

Indoors the best method for bulk cultivation are massive trays of pasteurized straw and manure grown in vertical shelves in a large climate controlled facility.
The best bulk methods for clandestine home cultivation indoors have also been mentioned.
