Tub from mystery cubes stalling again?

Hi,
My question is can cubes recovered from old powdered flesh just be shit and not grow? And is there anything wrong with my tub right now after 12 days?
So many years ago I purchased some "magic mushrooms" in the form of dried and powdered capsules, and recently I decided to try and grow it out from the desiccated flesh to see what I'd get.
Cleaned it up on agar after about 3 rounds of transfers, got a reasonably clean looking -- although very tomentose -- plate:

Spawned a quart to a shoebox and it had no pins for 18 days and started to go weird (yellowish and bruised) so I threw it. Here it is after 10 days:

I then decided to spawn 3 quarts to an unmodified monotub, and now after 12 days it is looking very similar:

Is there any reason why this one will not produce any pins as well, that I am not seeing? Or perhaps growing from old desiccated flesh is a bad idea? Growing at 21 degrees at the moment, lid on, minimal (maybe twice a week) misting.

I'd love to but these pictures were taken 21 days ago, that plate is long gone.
This is the best I can do (different plate, but same transfer):

I should mention that there was a brief temperature drop (maybe down to 10-15 degrees Celsius instead of 25) for a few hours when I had to do some maintenance and had the door open, which might be responsible for that "wave" in the mycelium

Is it really puffy it looks like you might have mold meshed with the cube mycelium. Iv delt with it and I typically just start over if thats the case. 12 days really isn't that long for a tub. Iv had thw rings in some cultures, iv been told they are fighting something, sunlight causes them, temperature swings cause the rings, idk what causes them. I think it is something the mycelium is fighting.
