Hello. Well this is my first time posting about experience and without going into it is been delightful.
I've done micridosing quite a bit, then 3 rounds of tea on empty stomach..
1g 1.2 1.5
Found a pronounced difference between 1.2 and 1.5
The 1.5g got me to between a level 2 and 3 to give you an idea. First few hours I got quite anxious.. which I never normal get.. stopped listening to music and mediated which sorted me out.
I felt my body was being pulled upwards with a reasonable force and my chest felt like the centre was a ridge about 4 inches high.. Felt a bit stuck until after the peak..
My question is, how much more to take? I'm on my own, no possible disturbances, but I don't want to lose it and be noisy etc!
I recall listening to the Beatles magical mystery tour and laughing about it being an advert for the psychedelic experience.. Probably quite loudly..
One of the most bizarre things I found is how normal and true it feels when in it.. its like home.. anyway I didn't mean to ramble about all that... Just ask a question..
Well thanks to all for your help in growing and getting me here.

It’s strange isn’t it how much like home the psychedelic headspace feels? The anxiety comes the more experience you get, because your body and brain have learned what the mushrooms do to you; that they switch off parts of your brain, effectively “killing your ego”. And obviously your ego does not like this. So for me, my ego starts resisting a trip generally a week before the trip. And as the trip day nears, the sub-conscious existential fear starts to build again!
There is no way around it, it is part of the mushroom experience.
People may post with helpful tips; some take lemon balm tea, for example, beforehand which helps alleviate some anxiety.
The only advice I can give from my own experiences, is not to panic. Ever. Question what is causing the anxiety, and challenge it. Get yourself seated comfortably, have a blanket ready (which is n awesome way of reducing anxiety ), and go for it.
The first time you have a stronger experience alone, you may start to think you’ve made a mistake. This is natural. Don’t panic, don’t ring anybody, just sit there and think. It may get so scary, that you reach a point mentally, where you think “fuck it, what’s the worst that’s going to happen (while you think you’re actually dying!). And you let go; you will never look back once you have learnt “to let go”.
If you think there’s a significant gap between 1.2g and 1.5g, it may just be that you’re very sensitive. The strength of a mushroom trip definitely goes up exponentially with dose; meaning for example that 2g is one heck of a lot stronger than twice 1g, if that makes sense?
At some point, you will have to take the plunge, assuming of course you do want to go further and experience more. So why not get yourself planning for a 3.0g or 3.5g trip next? At this level, you will definitely start to experience ego dissolution, time and space transcendence, and a lot more “magic”.
Mush love, and keep us posted how you are getting on. DJ Ed

There's happy noise and then there's neighbors calling the cops noise.
Just keep doing what you're doing, ramping it up and seeing what happens. Eventually you'll get to the most useful dose, and likely overshoot it a bit, but then there's no doubt about what it takes. What it does though may take a lifetime to explore. It's not called a trip for nothing.

Thanks for the reply.
I have, since young been aware of more to my mind than ordinary thinking conciousness. Through my lot in life I've not really had any issues with anxiety, depression etc and feel pretty robust. So I call it anxiety, but I just observed the feeling and didn't get worked up. Just stuck with anxious feeling.. Then meditation either got me over it and I let go, or passed the peak..I guess.
I'm up for going higher, but for me, taking it in steps I think will suit better.. I'm in no rush.. my few experiences have already t helped me tackle a few issues, so I can respect the power of mushrooms. Like meditation it's something you can always call on.
I can see it's all just discovering the underlying reality. Multiple times in meditation I get flashes or revealing of intensely coloured scenes, but then I get a rush of shock and it's all gone. More generally I'm happy to say I have bought some of it into my day to day.
I may just so 1.5g again to see how it goes. I'll let you know.. see if it gives me more insight than when I looked at a derelict site and had insights into how it all fits together. Something about the or earth's location in space giving the universe a easily workable sculpting medium and how everything is just degrees of that ability.
I just also recalled flying above countless dead, to a tongue in cheek sound track.. was it Terrance who said the mushroom had a sense of humour??
I will journey on..
Thanks again
Mush love back
