I'd Say Panaeolus Papilionaceus Group, They're Appearance Can Vary.

Panaeolus cinctulus, I have no doubt about it, Cincts have that reddish brown color on the stipe that cover about the bottom 1/3rd of the stipe, twisting lines the length of the stipe and a white powdery coating of mycelium on the stipe, the spore print will be jet Black, spores will be smooth when viewed under the microscope no ornamentation. as the mushrooms age the cap will become flat (plane)
edit: For your future ID requests, please include pictures before you pick any specimens. It can be very helpful

Panaeolus cinctulus doesn't have blue bruising like that in Psilocybe species, cinctulus will only occasionally have bluish bruising of the basal mycelium (mycelium on the stem base).

Awesome! Thank you for all of your help! My first wild active find! Rains are on their way; hopefully a few more will be showing up soon. I’ll be sure to get better photos next time.

They only seem to pop up in my area with significant rain fall, quick showers haven't been sufficient for fruiting unless it was a compost pile but other than that it takes a good day long rain fall to get them to fruit especially if it rains for 2 days in a row.
