Easy grain cooking with brew bags

Hi all,
I thought I share this 'TEK' with you as I really like how simple it is and it makes cooking grains a bit easier. My main problem with grain cooking is that I cook large amounts and it is a pain in the ass to dump the water to the sink and pour the grain into a strainer (it is really heavy)
The idea is to use a brew pot and a brew bag (used for brewing beer surprisingly ).
Unfortunately I only made a few images, but I hope you get the idea...
So prep is standard, rinse your grains (optional), put the brew bag on the pot and secure it with the string, dump the grains into the bag, fill up the water.

I usually turn the temperature to around 80C. When the alarm is beeping on the pot ( the set temperature is reached), I wait 10-15min more, then I open the tap to release the water

Now you can get your grains

Dump your grains onto a tray and let it dry.
Hopefully it will be useful for someone

Always interesting to see what people come up with to prepare a lot of grains. Your method looks pretty clean for sure.
Have you considered using a no-prep method to totally bypass all of this work?
Word on the street is you can add 40% water to millet straight in a spawn bag and shake it around and then let sit for 24 hours to absorb before PC run. Say you wanted a 5 pound bag that would be 2 lbs of water and 3 lbs of millet.

Yes I have considered switching to no-prep method, but currently I am making about 50-60 bags a month and not sure if I can switch that easily. I am always hesitant to change a method which I have been doing for a long time and it works, but always open to simplifications.
I will definitely try a few run, but i am afraid I won't get the moisture content right... But yeah It would make things a hella lot easier and faster.

Just try a few bags in a normal run no need to do em all in a new method. Just remember to let the bags "soak" for 24 hours before pc so it gets a more even distribution so a little prior planning.
That's a good head on you to be weary of too much change.
