Golden Teacher batch has broken veils in 11 days, should I harvest? (first time growing)

The shrooms in my growkit have had their veil broken today for most. I read that I should harvest them at this point, but the caps are kinda small! Should I harvest them now or wait?

Also, what should I do to avoid this happening again? The room's temperature has been oscillating between 23°C and 27°C. I sprayed the inner bag every day, and let the air flow for 1 minute.

Doesn't matter how small or big the caps are, if they have broken the veil: that's it. You should actually harvest them just before. But Im a noob so you can always use the search function to see what other that have asked this question were told.

Those look great, i would harvest before the veil breaks to avoid spores as well. I would chop those all down now, soak the cake and go for a second flush

Thanks lads, got a 50gr yield.
I think I'll dry 30gr and make tea with the 20gr remaining, and store that tea as ice cube. Does the latter sound like a good idea?

Making tea and freezing it is a fine idea. You will find some good tea teks if you search for them. Grats on the harvest!

That's fine. I would dry them all myself but that's just me. Good job!

Have seen lots of cubes break their veil way early and still get huge after. that being said, those fruits look ripe.
Here is an example of veils popping and fruits mature about a week later.

These Burmese pop their veils at about an inch tall and get huge eventually with absolutely no lack of magic.

Some more early veil poppers...

More of a phenotype expression.
Again though yours look ready. Good job.
