Peyote seedlings 1

So I've had these seedlings going since February or early March, in these little containers. I've slowly been adding holes every couple weeks but I gave it a pause.
Here are the 2 containers they are in. Each one is a different variety of LW. I took 2 photos of each, different views.
First container, one variety
Other variety
Container + top view, six holes

1. The soil seems to be drying out pretty fast now that it's summer, and they look a little less plump and green. The one variety is darker than the other and *possibly* a little red, but the other variety that sits in the same spot doesn't. Do you think it's just the cosmetic difference from being a different variety? 2.How often should I be watering (with mister bottle)?
3. Should I continue to add a couple holes every week or two or hold up for a while? 4. Once I remove the lid completely how often should I be watering?
5. Should I be worried that some of them seem to be tipping over, will they right themselves as they grow?
Thanks!!

I don’t know much about it but when cactus seedlings turn red it can be because they are getting too light that is too intense for their growth stage. I personally bottom water my cactus seedlings when the soil is visually dry.
Add a couple holes every week or two until you feel like taking the lid off is the logical next step.
I wouldn’t worry about the ones which aren’t perfectly vertical. You can right them when you transplant them once they get a little bigger.

When in seedling stage they can tolerate more humid conditions. When they get bigger they are much more sensitive to wet conditions and the number one killer of Lophs are given too much water. There is some good info on growing Lophs from seed in the first post of ethnobotanical garden forum, in the post named USEFUL, INFORMATIVE, & INTERESTING POSTS/LINKS There you find lots of growing info for peyotes.
