I think I made my jars too nutrient rich. Can I G2G transfer before 100%?

I made 4 jars from an Agar plate(4 pizza slices to 4 jars) on June 5th. One jar got contaminated with Trich(It had green mold, IDK if it was Trich, but not wanting to take chances) so it got thrown out. BTW, before anyone says anything about this effecting other jars, I think I solved the issue of the random jar getting green mold, it had a bent lid so I don't think it was sealing correctly. I PC'd all jars for 2 1/2 hours.
Anyways, as you can see, the jars are going suuuupppppeeeeerrr slow. They actually ARE still growing but it's officially been 3 weeks!
Issue, and you might have noticed it, COFFEE GROUNDS! I added them to my jars Oats on a whim because of a thread on this forum, I just wanted to insure good growth...and the Myc looks healthy and I don't have any foul odors from the polyfill hole.
The only issue I can think of is my spawn being way too nutrient rich but I may be wrong so here I am asking 2 questions:
1. What's the deal here?
2. Can I do G2G transfers to "plain" Oat jars even though my jars aren't 100% done?

Did you shake your jars at all? If you didn't, three weeks is pretty bang on for how far along they are. Even if you did, they really aren't that slow. If they finish in four weeks (shaken or not) that's fairly average timing.
Did you add the coffee grounds before or after the PC cycle? Before, no problem. After, could be a problem. Not guaranteed, but could contribute to the contamination.
You literally cannot make your grain any more nutritious than it already is, so it's not "too rich."
You can g2g those jars, but you absolutely should wait until they are 100%. You run the risk of contaminating the other jars as well, if not 100%.
Chances are pretty good that your culture wasn't perfectly clean. That just takes some time and experience to nail down! I think you're in good shape so far, for what it's worth. There is a fair bit of moisture, but that's not always detrimental.

Indeed, youll probably get some fruits. but the time its taking to colonize plus those water droplets makes me thinks its probably a little bacterial.

I added the coffee grinds during the hydration process. I haven’t had a contaminated plate after 8+ transfers so far so...I don’t think it would be that but I guess there’s always a small possibility.
I tried to shake them all at 25-30%.
I will say, the plate didn’t have the best rhizo growth. It was basically a test run. I’ll just wait for them to get to 100%. There’s no rush on my end.

My thoughts too. Looks a bit too wet in there. U cant really be too nutrient-rich with grains. But u can have too much moisture, which is what Im seeing in those jars.
And yes, u can G2G at any time but its easier if its 30-100% colonized

If it won't colonize the original jar then it definitely won't colonize the next jar. Its a waste of your time and resources. Shake that jar and see how it recovers and grows. Then you will know if its healthy.
