Can you keep pressure cooked grain jars in the fridge or something?

Say you pressure cook some grain jars, but cant use them or even didnt plan on using them the same day. Is this ok and if so, what do you do with them? Fridge in a bag? Whos done this before?

Yes they will be fine for awhile of you cant use them right away. I store them on a shelf, on a table or in sab. My grains jars always end up sitting around for atleast a day or two.

I just keep mine on a shelf in a closet, away from drafts. They'll stay good for weeks. My personal record is nearly three months but in general I try to use them within a week or two of cooking them. If properly sterilized and if the filters don't fail grain jars will usually dry out before contaminating.

Don't recommend refrigerating personally, condensation can be a contam vector.
