morning all it's all gross and sticky and heat warning again went to take the dogs out bright and early and it was already like walking into a wall of heat leaving the door and just that gross difficult to breathe heavy wet heat, at that so let them play in the yard today but not going up the road
feeling fat on account of it had a midnight snack of Kraft Taco Mac and Cheese my tradition of dumping like a quarter to a half pound of spiced taco meat into my Kraft Dinner and passed out from a food coma almost immediately after cuddled with the dog a bit, woke him up and scratched his belly when he started yelping and whining in his sleep
it is super sunny out but am stoned on some Sensi Star and have all my curtains drawn so it feels kind of like a dreary sleepy day if getting myself together enough to do thangs, may boot up Monster Hunter World and play that was wanting to the other night, then the storm had me worried about getting kicked out of someones hunt with an internet disconnect
hope you all have a beautiful day

Stoner snack of the finest craft ran out of tortillas one time and was all "what else is cheesey to mix this with" Kraft. and damn it works well, the spice of the taco meat really accents the heavy cheese of the kraft but it also feels like gaining 20 pounds in a single meal

my father would show up every year for my birthday and try to fuck around the visitation rights so would have to deal with stupid shit like him showing up at my school, followed by my school calling RCMP liasons to watch over him the whole time because he was supposed to notify my mother for visits, but obviously did not
he would also do it in such a shady manner so he could get out from Québec to visit me then get back to Québec before the government could peg him down and garnish his income to pay for the child support payments he was dodging but he would give me a fraction of what he owed in payments, then act like he had granted me some huge boon
ugh

I told myself im going to go for a long walk today, to walmart to get some stuff I need then to my gf's place, its about 11km total walk according to google maps, I havnt walk more then 4km at a time in a long time, over a year, im kinda second guessing myself now, but its only like 14k steps, accorded to my searches that is about what you should walk in a day everyday, so maybe it wont be so bad

You'll probably be a bit sore, but assuming you have no overt underlying health conditions or anything that would bar you from exercise in general, you'll be fine . Idk that I'd do that on an empty stomach(or remain on an empty stomach afterward) if you're fasting though.
You should save up and get a bike btw! Makes traveling 10-20 miles(and further if that's your jam) in any direction super easy. Very freeing. Mildly addictive. Really efficient way to fit some exercise in too.

the weight loss guy I follow on youtube said to keep moving all day,and never to sit, he was a gym rat, but with the gyms closed he worked up to doing like 10-15 hours of cardio a day and he now has to eat like 5000 calories a day just to maintain his weight so he want all his clients moving more

To the dad woes people: My real dad ran away when I was about 1-2yo. mom never pursued him, he showed up one day when I was about 18, then he died within a few years from diabetes. He made amends in his own mind but i never got to talk to him because he had 3 other kids and they are all a few years younger than me on down. As a matter of fact my moms 1st three husband ran away and left a note on the table.*sigh*
Anyway, have a fun weekend and let all that stay in the past where it belongs.

I walked about 9 miles in mountains on an empty stomach. After consuming like maybe 700-900 calories a day for a few months.
Do not recommend.
But I was very accustomed to walking and the terrain. So I just felt like general crap but that wasn't unusual. Only thing that gets real concerning in the moment (ya know dismissing any potential long term damage you might do with repeatedly unhealthy decisions) is passing out.
I don't think fasting is as healthy as people think it is... if you're casting a wide net, but gopher if you're made to do it you should have noticed by now. Just stay hydrated and try not to get too hot man.

Awwww, sweet baby.
She looks just like this cat I picked up on a road that was missing a lower jaw and had no eyes last year tbh. I took her to the local aspca but they were pretty much just like 'yeeeah well we're gonna put her to sleep'.
It was hard. You go and you hug cuddle that kitty cat right this second. It is the only thing that will appease this memory.

She knows that's where you spend a lot of your time. You now have to pet her or at least pick her up. Every time I'd pi k up my phone my cat would jump in my lap and lay on my arms lol
