I love this thread!
My favorites are ketchup, Chinese Sweet N Sour, Shoyu, BBQ, Ranch, Honey Mustard, Fry Sauce, Arbys Sauce and Southern-style Sweet N Sour.
I use them for their appropiate food groups, although spicy ketchup on tacos is pretty dank too

Hot Sauce on almost any meat/poultry...
Jalapeno Cheese Sauce on burgers...
Mushroom Sauce too.
And...uhh...1000 island dressing is dope too.
Don't know if Balsamic Vinegar is a sauce, but I like it.

It all depends on what I'm eating it with
Chicken fingers - BBQ sauce. The kind that they fill into the little plastic shot glass looking container things, it's red/orange and thin but kinda tangy and spicy. Every roast beef place around here has it.
Buffalo wings- Ranch
Ramen- Sriracha
Thai stir fry's- chili sambal
French fries- Tabasco
Chicken thighs/breast- any sort of hot sauce

I made my own by mixing hiens 57, ketchup, A1, Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of sugar. Mostly A1 and ketchup. I used it on steaks when I worked at an outback back in 1992-1995. I still make it on occasion for fries and some steaks if all those are on the table. I still need to use it as a glaze for chicken, steak, ribs, etc...It's good on chicken too. I love extra sauce of whatever sauce I get no matter which ones. I am a saucy guy!

I think a lot of people are low in salt, if you drink 4 cups of coffee a day you excrete about a teaspoon of salt, if you workout hard for an hour you excrete about a teaspoon of salt, if you are in ketosis you need more salt then someone who isnt, I take in about 3500mg a day and I feel good on that, Ive seen some people advocate for 5000mg a day
