Thank you all so much for your help!

EDIT: Also someone told me here this week that T0 was spore to agar, and agar to agar was T1. Not sure which one use yet to describe them..
According to these information... plates with green agar are T1. I was not sure how to mark/describe them, so I just wrote T1 on my first agar plates . Like I said before I am a newbee. I learn something new everyday
I linked my pictures like: linklink without any gap/space bar between links. Just try different combination before you post anything, then edit if necessary.
I cross my finger for your dishes mate. Good luck!

Nah, that is just mycelium. From my experience you don't get strong rhizomorphic looking growth very often (like you had in that "perfect plate"). For some genetics you may never get it and that's OK as long as it fruits in the end (just like strong rhizo at early stage does not mean it will result in lots of fruits, or lack of it does not mean there will be bad harvest).
It may look more fluffy (an less with distinct strands) when it starts to grow out on a bigger area anyway. There are many factors affecting this behaviour and some nuances are not well understood.
I would have transferred from that plate some days ago or already used to inoculate grains if there were no better options available. Don't have to save every plate (unless you want to see what is going to happen to it out of curiosity) - one healthy plate can be used to colonise at least 20+ jars without even trying too hard.
Edit : this is what textbook cobweb mold looks like : https://i.redd.it/u7eb557n0c131.jpg
Quite often its looks are not as obvious. There are lots of molds but only a few are cobweb, not sure what is the obsession with it on the forums here - it is quite rare and probably one of the most manageable and treatable problems. Perhaps, because it is so easy to identify but it is not the one that everyone should be worried about. Trichoderma is basically a death sentence for mushrooms and a lot more widespread but it does not get brought up as often.

Thank you once again!
I have used the one with rhizomorphic grow to inoculate one jar few days ago. I was planning to use it for g2g. But now, when I know that this one is alright, I will use it too.
I believe it's time to order more jars. I have got only 12 1l jars at this mement
