Please help ID these friends growing in my garden! Subs? Meanies?

Habitat: Found growing on woodchip in my Garden, Katoomba NSW. Over the last couple of months I've been carrying freshly foraged friends through the garden, I think they have spored and spread their magic.
Gills: Sandy coloured gills
Stem: Light beige and all pretty dainty apart from one gnarly lad
Bruises blue
Okay so, at the left of the pictures there are 3 lil (i think) subs, foraged from up the road. The rest of the pic shows the friends growing in my garden.
Initially I thought these were also subs, yet I see a distinct difference in the colouring of the cap. The garden shrooms are noticeably lighter, the shrooms from up the road have a richer, sunnier colour.
I thought, maybe the ones from my garden are Panaeolus Cyanescens/blue meanies? Yet the stem of the gnarly lad is throwing me off.
Can anybody tell me what these are, and explain the differences between the three on the left and the rest?
Thank you so much shroomers! <3

(They were only exposed to the sun for a quick picture)

Thank you so much! I was thrown off by the colour differences of the caps, have you any idea why this is the case?

Could be a number of reasons, can't say for sure what the case with was these guys. Direct sunlight can cause them to dry out, and lighten in color
