Confused about what I'm doing wrong with my grain jar mycelium

I am a new user with limited experience growing but I have done a lot of reading. I have practice with mycelium on agar and small PF tek jars, my problem begins with grain jars to prepare for spawn to a bulk monotub. I followed this guide by user Magash except that I inoculate the jars with a small clump of mycelium on rye or agar from previous grow.
I put the jars out of direct sunlight under a desk in a room heated to 72 degrees (F). Growth begins after several days and continues slowly, UI shook the jars after 5 days. Note when I shake the jars the white mycelium stays as a solid block but uncolonized grain breaks into small pieces. After 3 weeks growth pretty much stopped. It's been 5 weeks and the growth is white but jars are about 70% colonized and don't continue. What should I look into / what could I be doing wrong?

Pictures help.
You need to shake hard enough to break up the colonized grain and spread it around, that’s the whole point.

Here are some pictures, I should have put them in OP. I thought the growth regions look good but growth has become slow or maybe not even happening, I do not know what to do.

All bacterial which is repelling the mycellium. When you open these jars they will smell like sweet beer I reccon

3rd pic, in the center looks like mold is taking a hold of your grains. thin dark grey-wispy looking fungus there.
4th, 5th, 6th looks like a bacterial contamination, notice the yellowing of the mycellium
shake your jars at 25%-35%. don't do it as soon as you see any growth or you will prolong colonization.

You have your jars filled up too much, that’s why you can’t get a proper shake in around the 30% mark. And at least a few of them the grains were too wet which will also hamper colonization.
Try to fill your jars so they’re about 3/4 full and go a little lighter on the soak/simmer next time.
Edit
If its warm enough where you are, like in the 70s at least, you can open those up and spawn the colonized grains to coir or hpoo in an outside bed. I did that with all my bacterial spawn and loved it. Dig a hole a few inches deep, spawn to bulk and pack it lightly in and cover with a tarp or something for a bit until you see pins.

You can see the bacteria at the bottom in some of the uncolonized jars, where it’s wet and the grains are burst.
They’ll still grow shrooms if they colonize the jars though. Or just use only the colonized chunks.
Prob only get one flush but better than nothing if you’ve got the resources.

Thank you all so much for your responses. I got discouraged because I look at the pictures and can't see what you see, I don't have near enough experience despite my hopeful reading and practice. Maybe I'll have another go and transfer some to a petri dish and try to recover. I thought I was being very sanitary, seems not. Next time I will fill the jars less and try to dry the grain some more. I don't have the eye for how wet it should be so I need more practice. If the same thing happens again I'll spawn it to the tub anyway since it sounds like it could work for at least one flush, growing anything is better than nothing even if the yield is not good. Last time was my fault I did not follow directions to spawn to the tub.
