Shoeboxes not as far along as I thought

So these are my first 3 shoeboxes. They are about 2 weeks old and I had to go out of town for work. Had my GF send some pics yesterday and to my disappointment they don’t seem to be as far along as I thought they would be. I figured the sub would be fully colonized by now. She took note of moisture. The top of the bags are still coverd and the surface seems just as moist as when I made them. Is there still hope for these boxes? Thanks for any info.

For 2 weeks they dont look healthy..
What ratios did you go with?

It was my first rodeo. The jars colonized super slow too. I used a agar wedge not much bigger than what I’d use for a agar to agar transfer. They eventually got there.

What temps are they being kept in?
Could be a lot of things. Looks like myc though. And if there are any contaminants, it shouldve showed up by now.

Low 60s at night and 80 during the day. A/c is set at 80 but Tennessee nights are still cool.

It's not fast, but everything looks healthy. Give them one more week.

What variety is it? I have some melmac shoeboxes I spawned two weeks ago that look almost exactly like yours. Melmac is a PE variety that has always been SUPER slow for me, fyi.

So here are some updated pics. I’m at exactly 3 weeks and I see no pins forming yet. The one box with the green I know is a total loss, just posted a pic so maybe someone can tell me exactly what kind of co tam this is. The other boxes still seem to have good moisture but I’m seeing a little bit of shrinkage away from the walls of the shoebox. Should I mist! Thanks for any info.

I believe the first one is trich beginning to spore. I could be wrong though. Heres a thread you may wanna check out if youre interested in different contaminations!

Looks like they're starting to knot! I'm not an expert, but I'd mist them.

So what exactly is knotting? How much misting is too much? I’m still very new to this.

Trich in the first pic. Those second pics look like they won't be far behind. There's definitely knots (just small white balls where myc thickens up before becoming pins) but the tubs as a whole don't look very healthy.

I know the green one is bad. What makes y’all think trich is in the other ones? Trying to learn how to spot this stuff. How do I prevent it?

Knotting is all those little white dots. They’ll turn into mushrooms in a couple days.
Don’t mist the surface directly, spray across and up so the mist floats down to it.
One or two sprays should be enough for those. You want tiny beads on the surface. Taking a picture with the flash on is an easy way to see.

Update:
One box has about 10 little mushroom pins in it so not a total failure! If these are all the pins I’ve seen for a few days can I assume that they are all that this box will produce?
Second box still has nothing and the surface seems a little more veiny I guess. Does anything stand out with this box as being wrong? I’m just trying to learn as much as possible before my next attempts.
I also made up two more shoe boxes tonight with some slower colonizing jars from the same agar plates as my first few shoeboxes. These jars are 7 weeks old and I ran a 1:1 ratio with 2 quarts spawn to 2 quarts coir. Not expecting much but what the hell. I included a pic of one of the jars. My jars seem to get way more cakey and solid as compared to some I see on here. Does this jar look okay being that thick and white? Thanks for any info.

Those shoeboxes look ok, the second one should pin anytime. Once it gets knots and the veiny look it’s almost there.
The jar idk. I never use anything but wbs. I’d say probably a little bacteria but it’s colonized all the way so it should be fine.
