) but i swear my Excalibur 9-tray can do almost a full pound dry (3600 wet stands out to me, which would be just shy of a pound). The Cabela's 160L dehydrator runs $450 USD and is roughly 4x the volume as my Excalibur, so theoretically could hold 4x the weight. That should get you at least 3 lbs dry, at a bare minimum, and for the price vs time it seems like that would be worth it. I'll be upgrading to the Cabela's 160L in the next month, so i can figure out how much it'll handle!
