Religious Exemption for Mushroom use

I'm sure this question has come up time and time again, so bear with me here.
I know that there are a few select churches that have a legally protected right to use peyote and ayahuasca, but I'm not seeing much about mushrooms.
Do any churches in the US have a recognized right to use mushrooms?
If not,do you guys want to start a religion with me? The first twelve people to join get a special perk.

The church of my body and the universal church do, but they are not affiliated with any one organized religion or the state.

So, are you developing a Messianic Complex I wonder? You are seeking 12 disciples, an altered facsimile of the New Testament (of course, derivative of the 12 signs of the zodiac astrotheologically speaking). Either that or you simply aspire to being a cult leader. Who needs someone to follow? I've taken mushrooms since 1973 how about you? I'd be hard-pressed to find someone with more experience than myself but I have no interest in setting myself up as a leader. What are your credentials that you would presume to lead others?
Possession of Psilocybin/Psilocin containing mushrooms are ruled on differently from state to state. In my state of Florida for example, the case of Fiske v. The State of Florida ruled that the inadvertent collection of such mushrooms during a foraging is excusable under FL state law. https://psychedelicreview.com/event/fiske-v-florida/
Here is a Wikipedia article illustrating the legality/illegality of possession, sale, transport and cultivation of Psilocybin containing mushrooms. The USA is not broken down into 50 states but as with FL this substance does not seem to be a priority. People do not become dope-fiends and criminals because of mushrooms. Enormous amounts of money are not made off mushrooms, taxes are not thwarted from governments nor are mass murders committed as with the cocaine and heroin cartels. Human trafficking is not bartered with mushrooms as with hard drugs, neither are addicted slaves made with mushrooms. Regardless, the laws are in place and it is up to a judge how to rule on these cases as with any other case. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legal_status_of_psilocybin_mushrooms
It would be best to practice whatever you do in secret like the early Christians did unless you prefer to be a martyr and put your private life out in everyone's face. Timothy Leary wanted to begin a religion of sorts, first named IFIF (International Federation for Internal Freedom), then the Castalia Foundation (after The Glass Bead Game by Hesse), and then The League for Spiritual Discovery. If you are unfamiliar with the history of Timothy Leary and his dream of a psychedelic sacrament at the center of a modern religion fared then you should see how it turned out for him.

Everybody has a right to use mushrooms. But unfortunately we live under a repressive state.

There is nothing morally wrong with eating a psychedelic mushroom, there are man-made laws that has made the act illegal. It is absurd. It is draconian. It is oppressive. Psychedelics threaten the values of the status quo, the conservative mind-set that is opposed to progressive thought and which often wants to become regressive in many immoral ways of the past, as in removing the rights of large swaths of people based on ethnicity, religion, color, or sexual orientation.

It should be freewill to do anything except in emergency..
You should be allowed to do what you want.. with compassion of course
If your not harming nobody then what's wrong?

Nothing's wrong. It's the Brain Police who do not want you to be able to freak freely. It's conservative, anti-progressive, anti-intellectual, faux spiritual, regressive, repressive, oppressive Fox News minds who vehemently object to your internal freedom.

Given your tag I am not surprised. I still have a couple of Fillmore East programs in my memorabilia collection for The Mothers of Invention.
