Ok so heres the deal I just moved into this house and I got a modem for wifi through spectrum they are doing a self install right now just sending it in the mail. I hooked it up with Ethernet cable to my netgear router I have have it all pluged in its all hooked up correctly. I called spectrum and they said they would have to send a tech. Out cuz the last cable company has it messed up. So here is my question can I reroute this or how do I get it working??? So first pic that wire runs to the wire that goes to the telephone pole. Power right? 3rd pic that splinter has 2 outs one goes directly to in the house and the other around house to another splinter in a box. The in cable on this runs to that loop in the 4th pic witch go up to a dish on the roof. So is there a way to get my coax hook ups inside to work for charter? This is probably simple but. I'd appreciate the help

What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Maybe I'm a little thick but I read your post twice and still don't understand what your desired end state is or whether the connection currently works as it is.

I'm trying to get my spectrum wifi to work. Spectrum tech. On the phone said it was probably wired wrong and they would have to send someone out but I'm trying to get it to work now. I hook up everything inside and its not getting internet. They have a box here this house was a one point hooked up to charter but I believe it was hooked up to dish before I moved in.

Is your problem with the WiFi only or does the cable modem also not connect to the Web?

OK, having another look: the first pic likely shows the incoming cable connection. That one needs to go into a splitter*, whose outputs go to (1) your tv infrastructure and (2) your cable modem. The latter should be positioned as close as possible to the splitter. If you don't watch cable tv (e.g. only netflix/youtube etc) the tv lead doesn't need to be connected, but it may need to be terminated to keep a clean signal. Usually it's not an issue if it's not terminated, but ymmv.
It's not clear to me if you still want/need to use a satellite setup for tv, but I assume you won't. If you do, it doesn't need to be connected to your internet infrastructure; just hook it up directly to your tv/sat tuner.
So all considered it seems there's some superfluous cabling and it looks to me that your incoming cable signal is in fact not connected to anything. You also have 2 splitters of which you'll only need one (but it needs to be the correct one).
*) i.e the splitter that came with your cable modem. Not a splitter for sat/tv purposes. They're not interchangeable. Also make sure to connect the cable modem to the right output of the splitter. The splitter is essentially a filter so connecting the cable modem to the wrong output will effectively block its signal.
To clarify, this is the typical setup you'd see:
Code:
----------out to TV stuff | Incoming cable from network -----[in > splitter 2x out] | ----------out to cable modem/internet
