Adding cow poo to casing

Today I mixed cow poo and vermiculite together and pressure cooked at 15 psi for 1 hour. I mixed the vermiculite in to the poo to make the poo not so dense. I want to mix this with my casing substrate to add extra nutriets and hopefully bigger and more potent mushrooms. I'm not sure if this is a good idea however. One reason im not sure is that I feel it may be open to contaminates. I think if this is a bad idea. I will probably just use a single cake casing inside of a plastic cup to test it out.

Yeah test it out bacause you are really sterilizing that way...It works both ways but you might just pasturize and get better results I used to sterilize and had good results also

don't case with it
well try with the small one if you insist but not good idea.
instead crumble up the cakes and use it as spawn, mix in with the
shit/verm, let incubate till fully colonized and case with a non-nutritive
layer. btw adding nutes to a casing not only opens up to contams but
completly does away with the idea of casing to begin with, it's there
to add water nothing else

yer wording is confusing. casing and substrate is two diffrent things. like i said you want a non-nutritive casing layer. you can use it as a bulk substrate and crumble cakes ect. like i said above but wtf is a casing substrate?

by casing substrate i mean the substrate im going to using in my case. The casing material im using is 50/50+. The substrate I colonized with EQ's is a whole wheat flour/verm

wow. still confusing. i get it though i think >by case you mean rubbermaid, bucket, what have you.
so yeah it'll work, crumble the cakes mix in real good with the shit/verm, cover again and put back into dark place for a couple days, when fully colonized, case with 50/50... fruit.
poop is really contam resistant ime but i pasturize not sterlize.
