Hi guys, got a few hunts under my belt now but still a newbie. Are any of these not subs? In one set of photos there are a few stems. One photo shows complete mushroom, you can see it's soggy and had been attacked by insects and bugs. I realise they are difficult to ID but the caps looked the same and were picked in the same spot. One or two I left and just took stem another broke in my bag. Can you see blueing on the stems? Are they ok to consume? Habitat: Wet sclerophyll forest. Eucalypts mostly I believe. Lots of fallen trees, mulchy and branches, bark, leaves, grasses etc. Mushroom growing from the ground. Pics below. Much appreciated.

Most Of Those Are Psilocybe Subaeruginosa, Check Over Each One & Toss Any That Don't Show Bluish/Greenish Bruising Where Injured/Damaged, Nice Finds

which ones do you think aren't? Obviously I can't expect you guys to give a confident ID on the capless ones. Not sure why I posted those to be honest...Quote:

AAggghh. This is the first time I haven't taken spore prints because I was confident. And I've started to dry. Calling TI's please.

As far as I can see, they all look like Psilocybe subaeruginosa. Doesn't look like you need to print them, the gills show the typical dark purplish to almost black color. If by chance you are in doubt of any of these, throw them out, but to me they all appear to have some blue bruising, however faint in some.
