Hi all,
I am hoping to please get an ID on the mushrooms in the pics below that were collected in the Adelaide hills. I am fairly certain they are all P. subaeruginosa but would like confirmation. They were found across two different patches.
The first patch was located in quite dense eucalypt woodland amongst tall ferns and was growing in leaf litter. This patch contained individuals of a variety of sizes, including some large mature looking specimens with dark and widely spaced gills. These darker individuals are labelled 'weird ones' in the pics below. I am wondering that if they are indeed P. sub, if they good to consume? Can provide more pics of these if needed.
The second patch was located on the edge of the eucalypt woodland near a coniferous tree and was growing in grass. The individuals found here were generally smaller and brighter in colour.
Sorry I have not grouped the specimens in the pics by patch. They are just ordered by my confidence in my ID of them as P. sub. Also, I really wasn't planning to pick very small specimens. So the small ones you see in the pics I accidentally stepped on so decided to pick or were a result of my over-excitement with finding these for the first time.
---
Habitat: Eucalypt forest amongst tall ferns. Found growing in leaf litter and grass.
Gills: From dark brown to cream.
Cap: Mostly a yellowish tan colour. The larger ones were darker in colour than the smaller ones. The mushrooms labelled 'weird ones' had brown caps.
Spore print color: All purplish brown.
Bruising: All blue except for the darker set labelled 'weird ones'.

Thanks a lot in advance!

All appear to be subs, just double check for blue bruising.

They all subs.
The 'weird ones' are just older and more water logged, hence the darker brown colour.
Nice habitat shot.
Actually nice first post in general, very thorough, welcome to the shroomery!

Thanks everyone for your replies! And yes the habitat is beautiful and such a pleasure to walk through. Not mad at all about finding some patches there!
