How are these cakes? 1

Hey everyone,
6 cakes are in a SGFC, they have been in a few days since being dunked. They weren’t rolled as they had begun pinning invitro and I was worried about damaging them. After posting another question I am still debating gently applying a verm layer. However, they do seem to be doing well and staying moist enough. Pins have grown, lots of knots are forming, and new pins have sprouted.
My main questions are whether they are too large now to have a verm layer applied (unfortunately was unable to do more than check them, mist them, and fan them until now after my last question) or whether it should still be added. Another batch is about to be dunked and will be compared with a rolled/applied verm layer.
Also, there is one cake that has begun growing fuzzy white mycelium on the pins. It is pure white and has no odour. I’m wondering if this is just more colonization happening and whether it is safe and my just lead to another pin sprouting out of it or the pins it is colonizing on top of.
Last question is there is a rather large pin/fruit on this cake and the cap seems to be opening/veil tearing already? Am I mistaken on this, is it possibly something else or should it be harvested.
Pics are attached, thanks in advance

Seemed to have fruited invitro, which could indicate contamination if they didnt just sit forever... verm isn't completely necessary first flush in my limited experience with cakes: I suggest going bulk, even if using crushed colonized cakes as spawn... conditions are so much easier to maintain and its worthwhile... I'd probably pick the fruit off, dunk and roll and start again personally, but you could also wait, or even place them in a shallow dish of water for a few hour drink...

Bulk will likely be the next step, there are other cakes colonized and it was definitely being debated to grate or crumble them, the yield would definitely be more appealing. By the time confidence was there to do that, all the supplies for pf had been acquired and timing lined up nicely for keeping with that tek.
They were consolidated longer than they likely needed to be, and a few started to pin. They had reached 100% colonization with no worrying signs and it was definitely only after sitting for awhile that the pins started, that and the lack of odour of anything looking too abnormal (to my new eyes) makes me feel like they aren’t contaminated. The only worrying sign is the fuzzy mycelium on the one cake, I’m not sure if this could be or if it’s just normal to further colonize on top of fruits/pins when first placed in the FC and misted?
There is also a large pin/small fruit with its veil already detached, but I’ve been reading more and becoming less concerned about this as supposedly certain strains are more prone to this? It’s my understanding that it will still grow to maturity and if the cap and gills are watched for colour changes it can still be picked at an appropriate time?
Out of curiosity why do you suggest giving them a drink if I leave them, do they look too dry? They seem to feel hydrated and misting is being kept up on quite regularly, a little less now as I also read over misting can cause this early veil tearing?
I’m attaching some more photos, one of which is the cake that’s really in question at this point
I really appreciate the input, lots to think about

The large fruit in the first picture was even bigger and more open upon arriving home today, it seems to be releasing spores so regardless will be picked off. Does this seem to indicate contamination to you still?
As I said they were in jars for a rather long time consolidating and began gradually pinning, there is still no smell. Besides the fact that this one seems to be sporulating so rapidly, and the fuzzy white mycelium new to the cake/on the pins which were formed prior to birthing I would have no concerns?
Any opinions?
