Help yellowing of substrate

Hi guys can you please let me know if this contamination?
The substrate is yellowing 2 days after I dunked them for about 30 mins after the first flush. If i rub a qtip against the yellow spots, the qtip does turn yellow.
The substrate is 100% coir, spawn was from shredded BRF cakes. Tub is unmodified with upside down lid.

How does it smell? Does the contam appear to be liquid/jelly?
I've never experienced anything quite like this. If it stinks it is probably bacteria and the yellow is metabolites from the mycelium fighting it off. If this were the case, and if you wanted to, you could let the shrooms mature and make a tea with them.
It could also be a mold (slime mold maybe). The shrooms will be fine in this case too, but if you let them mature you will also be significantly raising the spore count in your grow area. I would pick them as is and toss the tub (bury it for outdoor fruits if you want).
Honestly, in either case, this is the end for that tub. but I am curious about how it smells.

It does not stink, smells like the coir substrate when I first prepared it for bulk.
The yellow doesn't seem jelly, looks like the white parts but with yellow stain. The yellow parts stains QTip when I rubbed it against it.
For the shrooms in this case , should I wash them and then dehydrate them.

The white that’s showing up around the yellow looks like some kind of mold. I don’t know if it’s all one thing or the yellow is something else that’s weakening the sub and allowing the mold to get a hold but either way it doesn’t look good.
You can always keep it and see what matures, mushrooms are fine as long as they aren’t slimy and gross.
This is the problem I see with using BRF cakes as spawn. The cakes themselves handle minor contamination from spore syringes pretty well, but once they get mixed in bulk I feel like they’re exposed and more at risk than bulk that was spawned with clean grains.
