New Hobbyist first time mono w/coco/verm is it ready to fruit?

I'll be honest here, my first tub was a kit but down the rabbit hole I fell. Straw sub with what was essentially potting soil for casing. This definitely looks different. Even though Ive been reading non stop I'd still appreciate a pat on the head from an expert. So its been colonizing since the 7th and this is how it looks.

Im no expert but fruit that bitch.
Also, I generally put into fruiting conditions at spawn. Used to wait because that was what I read, but in my opinion it only slows down your harvest.
