more cannabis help!

alright. I've tried to do everything I possibly can without asking for help. I really wanted to figure this out on my own but I'm at my wits end.
8x8 tent in essentially a 8x9 space, with a closet measuring about 6ft wide and 2.5 feet deep.
There is one window in this space.
I have a portable air conditioner inside the tent which is doing pretty well at keeping the temperature below 90 degrees. Some days when it is really hot outside the tent will get up to 89, but most days it never goes above 85 which is o.k. from what I understand since I am using LEDS.
The a/c unit is vented out of the window, I have an intake fan drawing air from outside, and on really hot days I switch to an intake that draws air from the surrounding space outside of tent.
MY PROBLEM: Humidity.
I have two humidifiers (cheap ones you get at walmart) inside the tent, running all the time and I still have a problem. The humidity is usually at 40% on a good day, 45% on very rare occasions and at some point almost everyday it falls as low as 29%. I am in late veg right now and I want to get the humidity up but it's proving to be impossible.
I figure my a/c unit is just sucking the humidity right out of the tent as soon as the humidifiers pump it in. Yet, I can't get rid of the a/c because the temp will skyrocket. I tried running the a/c unit outside of the tent and pushing the cooled air into the tent but the temperature still got too high. I don't remember but I want to say the humidity got too high as well.
I need to figure out how to get this right. I know there is a solution I just can't fathom it where I'm at right now in my head. One solution I have thought of which would be a pain in the ass, is some how molding ductwork to the air output on the ac unit. I could put the unit outside of tent, vent the cool air directly into the tent and the unit would not be dehumidifying the air inside. Problem with this is, I know nothing about how I would go about making this molded ductwork and I want to use the closet outside of the tent to start clones in the future, which need a lot of humidity.
Not sure if anyone will be able to help me without being able to see/feel/touch this particular setup but I'm really hoping so. Don't know what I'm gonna do here.

Hey check out okie swamp cooler. Container with a lid, ice water, inline duct fan. Cut two holes in container (in and out 3"), fill container to below holes with ice water, cover, and pull air through and into tent.Might be to much for your situation, but another direction to think, cheers

well, by the sounds of that, I would be constantly replacing ice/ice water in the container. All that hassle I might as well just try to mold something to the output of my AC unit and vent it into the tent.
I think that is what I am gonna do. I can't think of anything else. I ran my humidifier over night for the first time last night and that seemed to help for about 3 hours after lights on today, but as soon as the temp started rising the humidity started dropping.

I was never worried with low humidity.

well they say in veg low humidity in the range mine is in can starve the leaves of water. I never worried about it in the past, and I guess I've always done fine but this time around I have the wallet and will to do a better job.
can see it now though, as soon as I hit flower I'm gonna be dealing with humidity that is too high. That's the annoying part
