Help with ID (Liberty Caps?)
    #26704961 - 05/29/20 03:34 PM (3 years, 8 months ago)

Hey there, ive been lurking on this Page but now it was time to create an account (also im building a cool fruiting chamber i want to share when done).
So i need some help with ID. My books are not very conclusive but i have to admit that im a newbie when it comes to ID...
So here is what i found:

These are some young ones.

Habitat & Location:
Germany (Forest Region) Found on the Stump of these trees:

(i think they are black because of the spores)

Gills & Stem
Black, i think they start off white and turn black as they mature

Stem is hollow, no bruising color

Sporeprint is Black

Here is an older and younger one

The older one smells kinda bad (acidic?), the young ones not so much.
Here a patch of realy young ones:

I hope this is sufficient for my first post and enough information for you guys to get me started. They remind me of liberty caps (Psilocybe semilanceata) but i dont think that they grow in such numbers and especially not around trees...  Also they share some similarities with Inocybe rimosa.
Do your best! Fingers crossed for libs tho

Peace
