Back again with more questions... Sorry (Inside out veils)

Hi all, (Sorry this is a double post, I initially put it in the wrong thread and have no idea how to delete it or more the thread).
Back again with noob questions. Hoping to be enlightened.
Q1: The mushrooms are growing out in whatever direction they initially pinned and are not curving upwards. the mush in the pic below is now resting on the perlite. Is this an issue? why haven't they curved upwards yet? Does it matter?

Q2: I have a number of mushrooms that are still small yet seem to have veils breaking prematurely. most are still small so not really too noticeable but I did notice one doing this a few days ago and its ended up growing with the veil turning inside out. I'm guessing the other smaller ones will do the same. Whats going on? What should I do? (Golden Teachers).

This smaller one is starting to do the same:

Q3: There are 3 cakes in the sgfc. 2 of them are performing normally while the third has very low amounts of pinning and the ones that have pinned have not grown and some have black heads on them (assuming they have aborted). what would cause one of 3 cakes in the same environment, same mycelium strain, same consolidation period to not grow?
Thanks for the help

The shrooms are GT. That has degraded in genetic diversity in the last 10 years.
Also they could be reacting to the light reflecting off the perilite. Move your light higher is possible.
The early veil and curling caps seem to be common with golden teachers lately.
The cake that isn't pinning will soon. Just give it time.
Hope this helps!

Thank you. Should I harvest the caps that have broken veils even though they are small?

Yeah I would. They probably won't grow.
