First Test of BRF Cakes in Humidity Chamber by Minimally Experienced Grower

I’m relatively new to mycology, but I’ve been lurking here for a while as a non-member and have recently decided to start posting in order to improve.
I follow Ziran’s Updated PF TEK to the absolute letter for cakes except I saw recently that he’d had success a couple years ago fruiting in an HC, so I decided to try one out this time. I’m using the same tub from Bod’s unmodified tub TEK (32 qt) and have the lid flipped onto four very small rolls of duct tape to provide a tiny bit more FAE since what I believe to be ariel myc on the cakes indicates a need for more airflow.

These were inoculated with B+ spores on May 18th, fully colonized on June 3rd, and dunked, rolled and birthed on June 10th /11th. Bottom is overhydrated coir with enough surface area revealed above the water for efficient evaporation, and I’ve only been lightly misting about once a day to glistening (as Mateah suggests in initial HC TEK thread).
I’ve never seen the myc act exactly this way on my cakes, but have no reason yet to suspect anything has gone wrong with the cakes themselves. I have plated some of these spores from the sponsored vendor syringe I used to inoculate the cakes, and am very confident that there was bacteria present because it has showed up in the path of the inoculation loop and anywhere the water from the spore solution touched on the plates, so that’s sitting in the back of my mind as well as this weird myc develops. Let me know if there are obvious areas for improvement here. Really trying to train my eye to respond to the myc’s needs, but getting good at reading surface conditions is hard with nothing but pics online as a reference point. Thanks to all for any feedback and to the community at large for being such an excellent guidepost for me as I’ve started the mycology journey this year.
Update 6/17/20
I’ve increased FAE a bit and cut down the misting, and this problem is persisting. Something clearly isn’t right at this point. Anyone have any idea what’s going on with these?

Last night, I was making my 3rd transfer of a culture from five plates, which, as I mentioned, originated from the same syringe I inoculated these cakes with, and I’m still struggling to extricate it from what I believe to be bacteria on all the plates (I’m very new to agar but determined to get proficient at it).

This transfer was made 6/9. It’s tough to see here, but I removed this lid from the plate for a pic because it was the most condensed of the bunch and probably trash. The myc has done this on every plate so far, run in a single direction covering only a few hours on the clock. It leaves the original agar piece only spottily colonized and it seems to be unable to run in certain directions. There’s often discoloration on these spots as well, like a light tan color or as if the green coloring I added to the agar is disappearing slightly. Hoping this can offer clues as to what’s up with the cakes
Update 6/23/20 As I posted below, they eventually pinned.

Been harvesting these cakes a bit here and there this weekend, and, while the yield isn’t great, they put out a few good looking fruits.

That kind of airy mycelium isn't the best sign, I noticed also that the 'dry' verm layer on top of the cake inside the jar seemed to be soaked and looks to be lots of excess water in the jar even tho it colonized in just 2 weeks. But the cakes have been insode the HC for 5 days only so no need to stress just yet. Also cakes look to be a little too wet, maybe increase FAE a little or slow down a misting a bit (which I would recommend more than increasing FAE in this case) observe and take notice of how the evaporation is occurring, and post updates in the coming days so you get more eyes to help you in making decisions. Well, I got a pin, so some of the cakes are trying to pull it together at least.

Don't worry cakes will usually pin if they're not too contaminated, and how good they pin will also keep improving
