WBS jars ready to spawn?

Hello all! This is my first attempt at using WBS (the BRF cakes got annoying real fast) and I think they are fully colonized and ready to spawn. However, I always like a second opinion and a little insight on one jar I have that seems to be colonizing slower than the others. Here are the first 3 jars nearly done:

And here's the 4th one. It seems to be colonizing slower than the others, and one side seems to have no colonization at all:

Question is, do I spawn all the jars now or wait for the 4th one to catch up? The other 3 have been fully colonized for about 2 days now.

The top jars look decent and close to ready. The top grains are still iffy. The bottom one looks like a jar with bacteria that barely recovered after the shake.
Why the duct tape? Do you have some kind of filtered hole providing GE?
Also those will be a pita to break up being so full. The myc adds it’s own volume it seems like and once you start breaking them up it’s like the contents of the jar expand 50%

The lids are made completely of Tyvek so the tape is used to restrict too much FAE during colonization. I took this tek from someone else I can't remember the name of. They were a bit hard to break up during the shake so I'll add less WBS next time.
Do you think I should spawn today? Or would you wait a few more days?

Ohhh that would explain the dry grains up top. Probably ready to spawn then. Some people religiously say all grains must be covered but in this case I think it’s safe to say they’re just dried out. I’d scrape them off and then spawn the rest of the goods.
I’ve got to say that sounds like a pretty risky lid setup though.

Yes, I would definitely agree. I was just giving this a shot as it seemed super easy. Super fast prep work with no mod lids and spawned straight into fruiting condition. Figured I would see how many corners can be cut and still produce a decent flush.
My last strain died out early and I'm running low so I wanted a quick-tek while I work on agar transfer. Thanks for the help!
