Woodlover Paralysis from Ovoids. Experiences or opinions? 1

Hello all. I have definitely read and researched reports on wood lover paralysis coming from psilocybe azurescens, cyanescens, and I think subaeruginosa. This honestly sounds horrible and terrifying and makes me not want to go near those species. Since Ovoids are a pretty common and prolific woodlover species on the East Coast of the United States, I am curious if any of you all have experienced the woodlover paralysis from them? I would love to get these going locally, but if they are prone to causing the the same paralysis like the others, then it will not be worth my time and effort.
Cheers and thanks!

Never experienced it the 10+ times I've consumed them. I would like to see some research on the wlp because I suspect it is from the consumption of mushrooms contaminated with other organisms like mold or slugs. Slugs have been known to cause paralysis. I examine each specimen and never collect something you wouldn't eat fresh on the spot. Treat it like any other fruit vegetable mushroom. Don't eat rotten shrooms just cause you are desperate to get high and most of all don't pass them to your friends if you wouldn't eat them.

I have also never experienced this phenomenon from ovoids in my 20 plus trips on them. Some were pretty high doses. That said, I have heard reports of some people experiencing something like paralysis. I would not let this slight risk stop you from experiencing the medicine that these entheogens have to offer.

Thanks for the replies. I have definitely experienced the medicine in the form of cubes, but have been flirting with the idea of outdoor woodlover patches for years. I follow along with the seasonal Ovoid hunting thread every year and it is a joy to read. It is hilarious how prevalent they are in certain regions and they also appear to be spreading. It points out the complete idiocy of the war against these sacred fungi and plants in general. I haven't heard mention of the WLP in that thread either so I am hoping this woodlover species is less prone to it or doesn't cause it, if it is not just some external factor like mold, slugs, bacteria, or chemical contaminant anyways.
Since this species is native to my region and honestly has the potential to thrive in well over half of the United States, I personally think it has great potential value. Outdoor woodlover beds with a safe and potent species offer a great resource for accessibility, stealth, and sharing of the medicine without the need of too much mycology knowledge. Just give a bag of colonized chips to a buddy and have them place them in a fresh bed of chips/soil in a shaded area of their yard or woods. In a year or so, you have a lifetime's supply of medicine with the appearance of GOD/nature being the only manufacturer lol.

Subs are another beautiful and intriguing species, especially since they can eat coniferous woods, needles, and cones. The strange effects that you mention and that seem to be common scare the hell out of me though.
I am optimistic that Ovoideocystidiata is not as likely to cause or does not cause this effect for whatever reason.

Sounds weird but i felt awesome for the next few weeks.

I havent had paralysis before but I have had some toxic effects from wild Ps cyans.
Several years back, i found a patch of wild Ps cyans growing at a local park. I picked some and confirmed they were Ps cyans. Well, when i tried them, they were quite potent! However, they had a toxic aspect to them. I felt lethageric, pain in my chest/heart area, dizzy, ache muscles, a general feeling of being posioned. Those effects kept happening sorta randomly when i took them. After about two years of picking, i stopped. I didnt want those side effects anymore. Its quite unpleasant.

Its nothing hectic, as long as you know it's coming your way. I always dose and lay down in a dark area so not like im going anywhere. On strong doses tho my breathing almost stops. Thats when i get a bit worried. When you have to make yourself take deep breaths to stay alive.
Man, I experienced the same thing the other day (2g dried subs, lemon tek). I felt like there was so long between my breaths and that it was really hard to breathe. I kept coming to wondering how long it had been since my last breath. I also had body load like nothing I have experienced before, and a loss of strength and motor skills.
Is this a regular thing for you? Do you notice that it's only with larger doses?
Just trying to get my head around what happened to me and figure out if I should expect to experience it again.

Dang guys. I don't know how you keep finding the courage to put yourselves through that. I can barely make myself trip properly every couple years or so, and that is just with cubes lol. I've never experienced anything similar, body effect wise from them.
