Shook jar --> recovered --> smells weird

Hello, I have a couple of jars that look ok, they are placed in a Rom Where its 26-27 degres. This is ofc a bit on the higher side, but I think it's fine. I have unculated using of from agar, had multiple flushes from it meaning it's good. I have had some jars that's a little bacterial and others that look fine, but when shaken, they do recover fast. But when I smell it, it does not smell like mushrooms, it smells either a bit sweet, or sometimes a bit weird, I can't explain it. Like oats but with something added. I recently tried fruting it, its like a 50% chance it will grow fruits or contam. I'm wondering what this could be, Is it the hot room that makes the jars bacterial, or is this somehow my LC which I know is fine.

That heat level isn't great, but it won't produce contams on it's own. It'll only provide an environment in which contams will flourish. The contams still have to be introduced.
Either you aren't properly sterilizing your grain jars to begin with, or your LC isn't clean, or your jar lids don't have proper filters , or your inoculation technique is flawed. Or some combination of the 4.
How do you know your LC is clean?

Well, i know because i took it from a clean agar plate. Then I have used it to produce mushrooms, only know it's started to give me problems. I sterilize at a pressure cooker for around 100 minutes. I have the oat prep down perfectly.

Even if the agar was clean, the LC could still be dirty. Contams can be introduced when you transfer from the agar to the LC. And even if it was clean to begin with, it could still be dirty now. Every time you use some of it, there's another opportunity to introduce contams.
There's also another chance when you inoculate the jars with the LC.
I suspect that either your LC isn't clean, or your LC to grain inoculation technique is flawed. Or both.
Have you tested the LC on agar recently?
Could you briefly describe your LC to grain inoculation procedure?

I understand and i also thought about maybe the lc is not clean. I made my agar with LMEA, then place spore on it 1 drop. After this transfer some growth to new plate, wait and see if it looks ok. Otherwise make new stransfer until clean. My lc is also made with LMEA, I do everything in a SAB. I heat the scalpel and make a cut in the plate open up lc jar and place bite there. Then I wait for growth. Around 1 week for growth,
When inoculating jars, same procedure, flame sterilize between injections. Some time I do 2 jars then flame sterilize. I always have gloves and face mask. My syringe I sterilize using the boiling water, suck and dispose. I have the big needle, without the cap. Lc is stored in the fridge in zip lock.
