ID request - Sydney
    #26745349 - 06/15/20 01:03 AM (3 years, 7 months ago)

Been a while since I've been hunting (10+ years!), And I'm pretty sure these are subs, but they don't seem to be bruising as easily as the ones I've found in the past. They do all have small streaks of blue on the stems and faint blue colouration on parts of the caps. Are they a variant that doesn't blue as easily?

Cheers!

They look like subs to me. Please wait for someone with more experience to confirm though. The only one I can't see bruising on (might just be the photo though) is the little dark brown one in the middle.

I find that there are differences in how subs bruise. I tend to find that subs that are dried out a bit don't go blue as much.

Yes they are subaeruginosa. Amount of bruising can vary quite a bit.
